Usually answered within a day

Email office@swiftapps.us with what you were doing and what happened instead. If it involves a request that went wrong, the sender name and roughly when it arrived is enough to find it.

For shorter questions, @KalamarzJakub on X works too.

Where do I find my endpoint?

Open a workspace in the app. The URL at the top is yours — paste it into whatever service you want to hear from. Endpoints on the olderhook.swiftapps.us domain keep working exactly as before, so there is nothing you need to change.

Can I send email to a workspace?

Yes. Each workspace has an address ending in mail.gethook.app, shown next to the endpoint. Anything sent there arrives in the same timeline as your webhooks.

How do desktop notifications work?

In the app, generate a pairing link and open it in the browser you want notified. The link is single-use and expires after ten minutes. You can revoke a paired browser from the app at any time. Open Hook on the web.

I'm not getting notifications

Check that notifications are allowed for Hook in iOS Settings, then send a test request to your endpoint. If the request shows up in the app but no notification arrives, that points at the permission rather than the endpoint — tell us and we'll dig in.

Subscriptions and refunds

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Manage or cancel yours in the App Store under your account's subscriptions. Refunds go through Apple as well, atreportaproblem.apple.com.

Delete my data

Email office@swiftapps.us and we'll remove your account and stored requests. See theprivacy policy for what is kept and for how long.
